It will include interactive exhibition of groundbreaking virtual reality, augmented reality, new media works and technologies from the Greater Kingston Area and across Canada.
This event will include a presentation by award-winning Interactive Producer David Oppenheim of the National Film Board of Canada and a networking reception with creators.
The inaugural Kingston Digital Media Showcase is presented by Queen’s Film & Media, The National Film Board of Canada, The Kingston Canadian Film Festival and Kingston Economic Development in partnership with The Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts, Queen’s School of Computing, Human Media Lab, Interactive Ontario, Launch Lab, Liberty360 Inc., KASE Insurance and Pop Sandbox.
